  • Coverage Dates Needed:

    • 12/23 - 24
    • 12/26 - 27
    • 12/30 - 31
    • 1/2 - 1/3
  • Each of these days would be 6am - 12pm
  • Could be flexible with the end time each day
  • Would prefer a Physician with an x waiver but we could manage without if necessary
  • Treat with both methadone and suboxone at our facility
  • The locum will see approximately 15 patients per day (If the Physician does not have an x waiver this number would be lower)
  • The locum would be the solo provider on site
  • EMR: Methasoft and the physician would complete the H and Ps
