Position Overview:

• Bread and Butter General Surgery with opportunities for growth
• 2 day in clinic and 2 days blocked for OR
• Call Schedule: 1:3, typically light,
• Ideal for new graduate physicians - Mentorship and training provided by an established surgeon

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total compensation of $563,002
• Student loan repayment assistance directly from the hospital to your lender
• $50,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks paid time off, and 2 weeks for CME
