We are searching for an experienced General Surgeon who can start at the beginning of 2025 - conveniently located 40 minutes north of Boston, Massachusetts.

About the position:

• Join six other general surgeons and two breast surgeons
• Full-time position
• Call is 1:5
• 2 locations
• EMR: Meditech
• The schedule is 36 hours/week in Clinic & OR with 4 hours/week of dedicated admin time
• Admin time can be from work or at home
• Acute Care Surgery call rotation with other surgeons in practice is 1 in 5
• Extra call pay for additional call shifts

About the benefits:

• New grad base salary: $375,000 plus
• Up to 10% in quality incentive bonus
• Up to 20% in productivity bonus
• Vacation Time: 4-6 weeks based on experience and years served
