ASAP ongoing M-F 8a-5p 1-2 weeks per month

Will consider Tele; provider MUST have workstation

Setting: Hospital

60% Neuro/40% General varies 26% MRI, 74% CT

Volumes/Modalities: General (Fluro a plus): Neuro, Lumbar Punctures, Myelograms

Voice Recognition System: Powerscribe

Credentialing: 5-6 weeks

Required:

DE License; will wait for licensing

Board Certified/Board Eligible

ACLS (preferred), BLS

Required:

DE License; will wait for licensing

Board Certified/Board Eligible

BLS, ACLS (preferred)

Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
