• Type of Cases:CT, MR, and general diagnostic radiology scans (no biopsies)- flexible on modality preferences
• Credentialing:30 days

• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Active IL license, CS, and DEA
