A More Efficient Radiology Physician Job Search Process With PhysEmp

As an active medical professional, you already understand the basics: the foundational radiology job description, basic qualifications, educational requirements, and more.

However, you still need specifics about individual job postings and search functions that help you narrow down your options. When it’s time to take the next step in your career, it’s best to be on solid footing.

Is it worth moving across the country for an interventional radiology job, for example? The decision is much easier when you can really see what employers have to offer.

That means more than just a salary range or a basic description of benefits. Finding the highest-paying radiology jobs is important, but what about workload or the ability to practice your subspecialty? What about expectations for weekend coverage, retirement options, or funding your malpractice insurance?

Learning about the details makes you more informed, and that leads to better decisions.

Complete and Informative Radiology Physician Job Descriptions

At PhysEmp, our job descriptions cover a lot of ground. While not every single listing contains all of the following information, most postings include some combination of:

  • The history of the practice, clinic, imaging center, hospital, or health system where you’ll spend your time.
  • Detailed descriptions of radiologist job duties.
  • The salary range, and different salary points for in-person, hybrid, and remote roles, if applicable.
  • The reasons why the employer is hiring (i.e. retirement of current radiologists, expansion, increased demand, etc.).
  • A description of business stability and size of the practice or organization.
  • Whether or not the job offers a hybrid option or a fully remote radiology job. And we include the details for traditional, full-time, in-person roles, of course.
  • Requirements and preferences related to your ability to read specific types of medical images.
  • Details about PTO, insurance, profit sharing, health insurance, and many other potential benefits.

Additionally, you can narrow your search based on the type of radiology physician job you’re looking for. You can easily sort positions based on their status as full-time, part-time, or locum tenens.

Have questions about using or joining PhysEmp? You can get in touch with our team for assistance.

The best part is that it’s all available to anyone who wants to search. If you’re looking for interventional radiology physician jobs, for example, you can simply start your search. There are no hoops to jump through before you start seeing results.

However, we also make it easy to create an account and take more control over your job search. That means you can save job postings to your favorites list, track specific job applications, and more
