Locums - Maywood, Illinois, Radiology - MSK Job

• Clinical Role:
  • Looking for full time provider M-F 8a-5p
  • Join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services
  • Must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)
  • Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging.
  • Will consider both on-site and remote candidates
  • Procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsy
  • Practice setting is hospital-based
  • Average Number of Cases Per Day: Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs/CT/Ultrasound
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Loyola = Trauma 1, MNH and GMH = Trauma 2
  • Number of Radiologists in Practice: Specific to MSK is 4.8 FTEs, in department 41 FTE
  • Teleradiology is not used for MSK
  • Patient Age Demographic: All ages, but pediatrics not required
  • There are opportunities for clinical and translational research if interested.
