  • Sign-On Bonus: $15000
  • Compensation: $240,000 - $283,414
  • Benefits: - $5k of the advertised sign-on bonus is paid at start, next $5k after 6 months of employment, and the remaining $5k after 1 year of employment- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- 4 weeks of PTO starting year one- 10 paid holidays per year- 403(b) with 6% dollar for dollar match- $800 and 40 hours per year for CME allowance- 100% reimbursement for required licensure/DEA/Board Certification- Approved Loan Repayment Site
  • Additional Info: East Valley Community Health Center is currently recruiting for an MD to join their school-based clinic in La Puente. The patient panel will not be limited to students as the clinic treats patients of all ages.Requirements include an active license in CA, DEA, Board Certification and interest in working at an FQHC. Excellent communication & teamwork skills.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area.
