A healthcare network in New York is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician, with a Board Certification in Family Medicine, to join their one of their growing primary care outpatient facilities in Syracuse as their new Medical Director.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends!!!)
• Hours: Standard business (no evenings!!!)
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic

• Call: None

Responsibilities:

The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and administrative oversight, including:

• Delivering primary care
• Collaborating regularly with the Behavioral Health team
• Guiding the strategic vision of the network's integrated healthcare services
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Family Medicine experience
• M.D. or D.O.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Strong organizational and management abilities
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a Nonprofit setting
• Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
