39-bed community hospital in rural northeastern Utah.

Typically, 1 surgery per day

General Ortho cases handled here, but ship heavy trauma, severe hand and extremity and all pelvis/spine to level 1 hospital.

REQUIRED:

• UT License, OR IMLC
• Board Certified
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Rental Car
