• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS needed
• 6 - 15 patients per day in clinic, roughly 0 - 5 trauma calls per day
• Trauma procedures, anterior & posterior segments and lasers are preferred
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
