A healthcare network in Tennessee is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Occupational Medicine team in Memphis.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Per Diem, maternity and/or vacation coverage)
• Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Setting: Occupational Medicine

Responsibilities:

The Occupational Medicine Physician will:

• Perform medical assessment patients
• Establish and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for patients
• Maintain clinical core competency
• Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
• Cooperate and participate in the development, implementation and revision of policies affecting medical practice, judgment and quality of occupational healthcare
• Participate in and assist with in-service and continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, and other personnel
• Collaborate with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee
• Registration with National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners
• Current DEA licensure
• Current CPR registration
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Experience in an Emergency Room, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Ortho, and/or Urgent Care setting
