  - Must have active Illinois license
  - SCHEDULE: 24-hour shifts, 8a - 8a
  - Required Procedures:All procedures related to normal and complicated deliveries/c-sections, neonatal circumcision
  - Reason for the Locum Need:1 of the 2 providers is currently off on leave.Need to provide call coverage relief to remaining provider
  - Support Staff:2 Experienced RNs, Nurse administrator in house 24/7
  - Average Number of Cases per day:250 deliveries per year
  - Number of Physicians in Department: 2
  - Patient Population Mix: Adult; Medicaid/Commercial
  - Number of Beds:104 Bed DNV Accredited Facility, Level II Nursery Designation
  - EMR: Epic
  - Active IL License Required
  - Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
  - ACLS, PALS, NRP Required
  - Trauma Level:Access to Level III Perinatal Serviceswith dedicated MFM/Neonatal services and maternal/newborn transport
