Practice Setting

• Be part of a respected, physician-led organization with 28 years of experience

• Work alongside dedicated OBGYNs, hospitalists, and other specialists
• Level II NICU with advanced facilities

Schedule

• Choose from full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts
  • Guaranteed 48 hours per week for full-time positions
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn a competitive hourly rate of $100-110, based on experience
  • Receive commitment bonuses paid out at the end of each of the first 3 years
