Practice Details:

• Outpatient setting only with a track to partnership 
• Optional 4-day workweek 
• Join a team of 12 physicians and 13 APPs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Partnership status available with earnings exceeding $400,000
• Guaranteed base salary with an incentive production structure
