• Total outpatient
• Full-time is 8 clinical sessions and occasional Saturday clinic
• Light call by phone only, averaging every 10-12 weeks
• 1:1 Medical Assistant per Physician

• Patient-Centered Medical Home Level 3 Recognition
• 300 staff members providing services in primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, women's health, substance abuse, dental, eye care, and onsite lab and pharmacy
