• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• 7 on / 7 off
• 7 on / 7 off or 5 on / 5 off
• Physician would be responsible to cover 10-12 beds per day
• No procedures required but there may be some minor procedural type things
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
