Practice Setting / Cases Seen:

• Medical Setting: Blend of inpatient and outpatient care
• Patient Ages: Primarily adult patients
• Volume:
  • Outpatient Endoscopy: Average of 15 cases on full days, 8 cases on half days
  • Office Patients: 8-10 patients 2-3 days/week
  • Inpatients: Volume fluctuates based on call days
• Types of Cases: Evaluation and treatment in ambulatory settings, performing endoscopies including ERCP and EUS, and interpreting additional procedures such as esophageal manometry and video capsule endoscopy
• Support Staff: Includes a medical receptionist, surgery scheduler, medical assistants, and a registered nurse
• Charting: Cerner
