MAJOR DUTIES: - Provides first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults. - Coordinates and/or integrate care across all elements of the healthcare system. - Completes required records pertaining to all medical services provided in accordance with specified procedures and regulations. - Teaches and provides consultation to other health care providers as assigned. - Writes prescriptions, orders the administration of medications, dispenses medications, and prescribes controlled substances in accordance with approved treatment protocols. Performs other duties as assigned.
