Primary Care Physician - Medicare Advantage Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage.
• Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients.
• Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Strong commitment to healthcare prevention and quality improvement.
