• Type of Cases: Peripheral Angiograms, Vascular Bypass, AAA Repair, Carotid surgery, open and endovascular techniques.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Certifications:  BC in Vascular Surgery; Certified RPVI; General Surgery Residency + Vascular Surgery Fellowship
• Licensure: IMLC Accepted, Active IL License
