1. Earn $200/hour for 3,060 hours annually, followed by 100% profit sharing.

2. Earn $235/hour for 3,060 hours annually, transitioning to a 33%/66% profit-sharing model in years three and four.

3. Earn $265/hour for 6,120 hours annually, followed by 100% profit sharing.
