• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS required
• 8 - 10 general IR procedures per day
• Drain placement, biliary interventions, urologic interventions, hepatobiliary interventions
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
