Job Description
Locums Asheville, North Carolina, Pediatric Endocrinology OpeningClinical Role:

- Start: 11/30/24
- Duration: 3 Months
- Clinic and Call Coverage
- 8-hour days Monday thru Friday with 24-hour call Monday thru Sunday
- Call is mostly phone calls (mommy clinic calls + hospital/ER Phone Calls)
- Would be unrestricted home call
- Would only need to come in for a new diabetic consult (typically a 48hr admission and only needs to come in at least once to meet the family and arrange f/u)
- Hospitalists admit and manage most patientswith phone call support
- Need one FTE total
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 MA, 1 referral coordinator/scheduler & centralized registration
- EMR: Cerner Powerchart
- Must have NC License and DEA
- Board Certified Pediatric Endocrinology
