• Join a busy and growing multi-specialty group in Northwest Indiana
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Choose from Four 10-hour days or Five 8-hour days
• Weekday & Weekend Call is 1:7
• Excellent support staffing: Triage RN, dedicated MA plus additional MA support for practice
• Potential to collaborate/supervise APPs
• Opportunity to see patients virtually 25% of contact hours
• Womens Health skills or experience preferred, but not required
• Lab and X-Ray on site
