We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $220,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• 10% bonus based on outcomes

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 10+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
