Job Description

Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Portland, Tennessee, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with a targeted rounding of 2 days.

This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position with an estimated annual salary of $43,719 to $46,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.

We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
