Compensation: Earning potential is based on experience but annual compensation is based on $110,000-$130,000 with $10,000 sign-on bonus potential!-Will consider increased salaries for those with several years of experience -Relocation assistance is available!

DETAILS:We allow our providers to move autonomously and think, critically in all matters concerning patient care. As our Family Nurse Practitioner, the expectations are as follows:-Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages-Have the ability to critically think, assess, and diagnose efficiently and effectively-Consider 30-minute visits for new patients and be able effectively asses needs and treatment plans promptly-Work alongside our Community Health Workers team and PCPsQUALIFICATIONS:-To be considered, the candidate MUST be able to work independently and autonomously without supervision-Able to demonstrate critical thinking and situational awareness, while communicating action plans to medical leadership-2 years experience preferred., 1 year minimum required - DE License- DEA License
