We're seeking a Laboratory Director for a rural hospital in the Rocky Mountain region. The Director of the Lab reports to CNO, will be responsible for 60 FTEs and will oversee all of the laboratory operations.

Requirements:

MLT (ASCP) certification - Bachelor's preferred - 10+ years of lab experience, 5 years in leadership - Acute Care Laboratory experience required - Previous Large FTE count oversight required This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role offering a very generous compensation package including relocation assistance. Located an hour outside of Grand Junction with hidden treasures for off-road enthusiasts, plenty of art galleries, shops, and restaurants in this scenic wonderland.
