      • 13-Sep 7a-7p 7a-7p
      • 16-Sep 7a-7p
      • 17-Sep 7a-3p
      • 18-Sep 7a-7p
      • 20-Sep 7a-7p
      • 24-Sep 7a-3p
      • 14-Oct 7a-7p 7a-3p
      • 15-Oct 7a-3p
      • 17-Oct 7a-7p
      • 1-Nov 7a-7p
      • 29-Nov 7a-7p 7a-7p
      • 26-Dec 7a-7p 3p-11p
    • Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
    • Patients per day: 50 - 60 cases per day
    • Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
    • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
    • Hospital bed size: 317
    • Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience
    • Interview Process: interview candidates by phone
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Board Certified Required
    • Active AZ License Required
    • DEA, BLS or ACLS Required
    • OT after scheduled shift
