• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
• 1-2 urgent care days (12-9p) per month; rotating call between 5 providers.
• 22-26 ppd.
• All ages.
• Prefer providers with experience but may consider a strong new graduate who is licensed and ready to go!
