A Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Family Practice is an advanced practice nurse who specializes in providing primary healthcare services to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  1. Education: A Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) programs is required.

  2. Licensure: Must hold a valid state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license and national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in State of California.

  3. Certifications: CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are often required.
