Locums Jonesboro, Georgia, Urology Opening (IMLC Accepted)Clinical Role:

- Dates of Coverage needed:
- 9-12 months beginning ASAP
- Estimated patients per day21
- Days/hoursclinic: 8-5pm, OR 7:30-3:30pm
- 24hr Call Coverage may be needed
- Description of the need: Candidates would be able to do both surgeries as well as clinic
- Type of patients: Inpatient rounding, clinic call patients, ED/ACC consults
- Type of call: In house and beeper though they do not have to reside on hospital premises 100% of the time
- Currently call is on a rotating M/T, W/Th, F/S/S schedule
- This may change to 1 week on schedule
- Call ratio would be 1:4 with the locum
- So, they would have to be comfortable covering two sites as needed. This may change to 1 hospital but not yet
- Performs office procedures and more minor surgery
- Would let internal urologists do the bigger, more advanced cases
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Skills Needed:

- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active GA License or IMLC Accepted
