- Qualifications:
  - MD/DO
  - Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
  - Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
  - Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this
  - Completion or Planned Completion of a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship Program
  - Current BLS required
