• Must have active state license
• Weekdays, Days
• Need 2 - 3 days per week
• 20 - 25 consults per week, 65 - 75 patients on treatment per day, 100 follow-ups per week
• SRS,SBRT, CyberKnife & will be able to participate in brachytherapy if locums on RAM license
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
