• Scope of Services: Full Primary & Family Care, Peds, BH, Case Management, Dental, Women's Health including Pre & Post-Natal, Peds, On-site Lab, Chronic Disease Care/Mgmt., Preventative, Labs, Health Education, Immunizations, Transportation, Enrollment, Referrals and Specialty Services
• M-F (8 am?-5 pm) work schedule,no on-call, paid holidays,and a HUGE PTO package!
• $262k base salary w/ a 60k incentive plan (productivity, quality)
• Student Loan Repayment is available through NHSC, State, and county-based programs!
