Job Description

Primary Care Physician - $220k+ Annually plus Bonuses
Lake Hopatcong, NJ

2+ years of Primary Care experience - Required
Provide patient medical care to all age groups in an office-based outpatient setting, deliver diagnostic and therapeutic medical services, and make sound medical assessments and treatment plans.

- Outpatient Setting
- 25 patients daily
- Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
- Treatment of acute illnesses
- Treatment of acute injuries
- EMR: Athena

Schedule
- Full time; 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours per week, including some weekend and on call requirements
- Office Hours:
Monday: 9am-6pm
Tuesday: 9am-8pm
Wednesday: 8am-8pm
Thursday: 8am-9pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm

Requirements
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Required
- 2+ years experience as a Primary Care physician - Required
- NJ license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - Required
- CSR/CDS Certified (or willing to obtain) - Required
- BLS (or willing to obtain) - Required
- Clean malpractice - Required
- COVID-vaccinated - Required
- Annual Flu vaccination - Required
