In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for health and wellness in an employer-sponsored environment. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the ideal position for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $220,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• 10% bonus based on outcomes

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
