Join an integrated, non-profit community health center that provides Full-Spectrum Medical, Behavioral Health, and Extensive Dental Services to the community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, their number one mission is to care for those most in need. Full Primary & Family Care, Peds, BH, Case Management, Dental, Women's Health including Pre & Post-Natal, Peds, On-site Lab, Chronic Disease Care/Mgmt, Preventative, Lab, Health Education, Immunizations, Transportation, Enrollment, Referrals and Specialty Services are all available to patients and a great one stop shop for patients.

• Services You will provide: Delivering empathic and professional care to children and adolescents (birth to 18 years). Responsibilities include routine preventative care, acute and chronic condition management, and age-appropriate medical education.
• Compensation: $190K - $225K Salary (DOE) + Sign-on, Relocation, and quality/prod incentives!
