Summary:

• Unique position for a tenured physician who envisions practicing for up to 8-10 more years.
• Mentorship of younger pediatric interventional cardiologist
• Limited call ' Covering only 14-20 weeks per year
• Usually only 1 or 2 emergent caths in a year; most caths are elective
• Opportunity to be involved in program development
• May need to provide coverage at a few local ASCs. Travel time usually 20 minutes between facilities.
