• Well established ENT opportunity 45 minutes from downtown Chicago
• Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices
• Full-time/permanent position with inpatient and outpatient practice
• Currently 4 ENT's in the group
• Will take call at more than one facility
• Outpatient surgery
• 1 in 5 call rotation
• EMR system utilized in EPIC-fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
