• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Call, Weekend call
• Ideally looking for a full time coverage but will consider 2 or more weeks per month
• 20 - 30 patient per week in clinic, 10 - 15 scheduled surgeries per month
• General ortho with fellowship training in sports would be a bonus
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
