We have a 9-physician nephrology practice who is looking to add an additional Transplant Nephrologist. Call would be 1/9. Group works out of two main hospitals in the area. The Group is Medical Directors of five units with over 350 dialysis patients +50 home and PD. They also teach residents. Plan to spend 45% of time following Transplant patients from multiple programs. Physicians are employed for two years and then offered partnership. As a partner you can participate in joint ventures in dialysis units and real estate. It is a lifestyle practice.
