• 350,000 Base Salary
• Sign-On & Relocation = $65,000
• 7 Weeks of Paid Time Off
• 10 Days of CME Time Off with $5,000 Allowance
• No Call Responsibilities 
• 18 Patients per day
• Choose a 4 or 5-day work week!
