330k W2 Salary. 360K 1099.  10-18 patients per day.  15K sign on bonus/relocation.  7AM-7PM.  Open ICU.  Local cc group takes additional call for Admissions at night via telemedicine. Physician does not come back at night.  Physician extenders on site for nights.  No intensivist on site. CC available by telemedicine.  2 physicians on site per day. 12 ICU beds. 84 bed facility.  Single Specialty Group Employee, Inpatient only.  7 on/7 off days.
