Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic in Allentown, Pennsylvania
• Work alongside a supportive team of 5 nurses, 2 social workers, and 1 child life specialist

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• No call requirements, providing excellent work-life balance

Procedures and Cases:

• Daily patient volume: 5-10 pediatric patients
• Perform clinic encounters including infusions, follow-ups, and consults
• Required procedures: Lumbar puncture, IT chemo administration, bone marrow aspirates, and biopsies

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
• Pennsylvania state license or Interstate Medical License required

Credentialing Requirements:

• Up to 90 days with an active PA license
