Practice Details

• 120-bed, 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility

• The average daily patient census per provider is 10-12
• Manage complex medical conditions for your own patients and certify the medical necessity or appropriateness of all admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Provide oversight of the day to day practice of nurse practitioners
