Schedule:

• Start ASAP:
• Clinic open 8 am - 5 pm
  • Hours will vary by day of the week
• No Call

Medical Home Model:

• Outpatient, ages 2 and up
• Manageable 10-15 patients per day

Cases:

• Primary care and occupational health services

Qualifications:

• Board-certified
• Active AL license
• Current BLS, DEA
• Min. 24 months experience
