  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
  • Experienced and New Grad providers encouraged to apply
  • Hospital employed position
  • Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
  • Full-time position
  • M-TH 8a-5p; F 8a-12p
  • Approx 15-20 ppd
  • Comfortable working with All Ages
