As a Supervisory Physician (Family Practice) you will: - Manages, plans and directs all aspects and activities of the clinic to include: diagnosis, care, treatment, and proper medical disposition of patients. - - Provides a full range of professional medical services to both adults and family members of all ages ranges in a Family Practice mode of care on an outpatient setting. - - Provides assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in the areas of general primary care. - - Provides direct out-patient care to patients with general medical problems, complaints, and symptomotology. - - Plans, directs, and supervises the professional and administrative functions of the Clinic through subordinate leaders/supervisors and direct reporting staff members. - - Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. - - Provides advice and counsels employees on work and administrative matters. - - Develops performance plans and rate employees.
